We specialize in providing web services including web design, development, and hosting, alongside e-commerce services such as shop hosting, listing creation, payment processing, customer service, and branding/merch design. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services and the VibeVault website.

2. General Conditions We offer our services under the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom and in accordance with UK law. By using our services, you agree to comply with all local laws applicable to your business and online commerce.

3. E-commerce Services

a. Fees and Payments: We charge a maximum fee of 25% on the profits generated from the sale of your merchandise. The first 6 product listings on our platform are designed and listed free of charge. Subsequent listings, beyond the initial six, will incur a single fee. If listings are removed and subsequently added, the fee will still apply.

b. Customer Service: We will manage customer service inquiries on your behalf concerning products sold via your e-commerce store hosted on our platform. Customer service form submissions are sent through directly to us.

4. Liability

a. Product Responsibility: Although we handle the sale of your merchandise, you retain full responsibility for the quality, safety, and legality of the products sold. VibeVault accepts no liability for any financial losses, damages, or legal issues arising from product defects, poor quality, or customer complaints.

b. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibevault from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the sale  

5. Termination Vibevault reserves the right to terminate your access to any of the services at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Changes to Terms & Conditions We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on this page. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.

7. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
