We specialize in providing web services including web design, development, and hosting, alongside e-commerce services such as shop hosting, listing creation, payment processing, customer service, and branding / merch design. 2. General Conditions We offer our services under the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom and in accordance with UK law. By using our services, you agree to comply with all local laws applicable to your business and online commerce.

3. E-commerce Services

a. Fees and Payments: We keep only our agreed product fee per merchandise sold. All profits get shared with you between 1-2 weeks after the sale is made. This delay in pay-out is to protect against any prospective chargebacks, claims, disputes, exchanges or refunds.

b. Customer Service: We will manage customer service inquiries on your behalf concerning products sold via your e-commerce store hosted on our platform. Customer service form submissions are sent through directly to us and handled by us.

c. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on the design, development and setup fee for your website. The first month of hosting is free and you may cancel your hosting subscription at any time.

4. Liability

a. Product Responsibility: Although we handle the sale of your merchandise and the quality, safety and legality of the products sold is our responsibility, you retain full responsibility for the customer you sell the product to. Vibevault accepts no liability for any financial losses, damages, or legal issues arising from customer complaints or missing packages.

b. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibevault from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the sales of your products. 

5. Termination Vibevault reserves the right to terminate your access to any of the services at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Changes to Terms & Conditions We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on this page. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.

7. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
